Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to join our Land Development team. You will lead land development civil projects, manage schedules and budgets, coordinate with owners, architects, and external teams, and supervise internal support staff.

The role emphasizes QA/QC, performance across multiple projects, travel to project sites across the United States, and a track record of profitable design delivery. Compensation is competitive and bonus-eligible based on performance.

Qualifications

• Leads land development civil projects from planning through delivery.
• Manages schedules, budgets, and QA/QC across teams.
• Coordinates with owner/architect and external team members.
• Supervises internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology, hydraulics).
• Prepares proposals, scopes of work, and qualification packages.
• Travel to project sites across the United States.
