Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks an experienced Project Manager for Land Development to lead civil engineering projects, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with owners, architects, and internal teams.

The role requires eight years total experience with four as PM; travel across the United States; bonus-eligible, competitive compensation; strong CAD/Civil 3D and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates knowledge of civil engineering design for land development.
• Experience with cost estimating, bid phase support, construction administration.
• Proficient in CAD/Civil 3D and related software; ability to learn new tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to coordinate with teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development civil projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Direct civil teams to produce plan sets and deliverables.
• Coordinate with Owner/Architect and outside team members to execute projects.
• Manage internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology, hydraulics) and track progress.
• Implement QA/QC programs and ensure project compliance.
• Engage with City/County staff for plan approvals and permitting.
• Oversight of multiple projects and resource allocation across stages.
• Administer construction services portions including RFI responses and site meetings.
• Mentor and evaluate staff; support professional development.
