Job summary

Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for our Land Development team in the United States.

The role focuses on leading and delivering civil land development projects, coordinating with owners, architects, and external teams to ensure timely, on-budget completion. You will supervise multiple projects, implement QA/QC, and manage internal staff while maintaining strong client relations and pursuing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Eight years total civil engineering experience.
• Four years as a Project Manager.
• Bachelors in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• This position requires travel to project sites and Westwood offices nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead land development civil projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with owner/architect and external teams to execute projects.
• Direct internal support teams (survey, traffic, hydrology, hydraulics).
• Implement QA/QC programs and ensure compliance on projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and allocate resources across stages.
• Administer construction services, including RFIs and site meetings.
