Qualifications

• Proven mentoring and team development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery team by delegating technical/design tasks and coaching staff.
• Lead QA/QC processes and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage project milestones, budgets and staffing.
• Coordinate with outside disciplines and review lessons learned.
• Communicate project status in client meetings and leadership reviews.
