Job summary

McClure is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer to lead design coordination on complex site development projects. You will promote McClure’s values with clients and team members while applying solid engineering principles to ensure projects are completed correctly and on time.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 5+ years of experience in civil/land development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License required.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering or land development preferred.
• Ability to manage design issues and meet client needs with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to solve design issues.
• Work with the team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Implement QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plan sets.
• Challenge the team to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Demonstrate autonomous work ethic and collaborative teamwork.
