Job summary

McClure is seeking a Land Development Project Engineer to play a key role in dynamic projects, promoting the company’s values and mission. The role requires a solid foundation in civil engineering principles, a PE license, and the ability to collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality design and solutions.

The Project Engineer will work with Project Managers to resolve issues, ensure client satisfaction, and uphold QA/QC standards across project deliverables on land development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• PE License required.
• 5+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Project Manager or Team Leader to proactively solve problems and manage project design issues.
• Work with the team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
• Implement QA/QC processes to ensure high-quality engineering solutions and plan sets.
• Challenge the team to develop innovative alternative solutions to meet clients’ needs.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the team’s technical engineering expertise.
• Build trust, manage workload, and achieve team and corporate goals.
• Work autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment.
