Job summary

McClure Engineering Company is seeking a Land Development Project Manager to lead critical development projects, provide technical and design leadership, and mentor junior staff.

You will guide design reviews, coordinate with engineers and outside disciplines, manage schedules and budgets, and uphold quality and industry standards while pursuing innovation.

This role requires a Civil Engineering degree and a PE license with at least 5 years of engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• PE license is required.
• Mentoring and developing junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery teams and coordinate design and engineering tasks.
• Oversee QA/QC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop technical skills.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing.
• Collaborate with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.
• Document lessons learned and implement process improvements.
