Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Land Development and Portfolio Manager to drive pre-construction on owned sites, finalize entitlements, and coordinate off-site infrastructure for scalable data center deployments. You will partner with cross-functional teams and local jurisdictions to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 6 years of experience leading negotiations on land entitlements and infrastructure agreements.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate utility infrastructure and extension agreements with providers and AHJs to secure timely capacity and protective terms.
• Lead pre-construction development on owned sites and coordinate off-site infrastructure to ensure on-schedule delivery.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field
