Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with relevant experience in business analysis or systems
• 5 years of experience as a business analyst designing and supporting processes in related systems
• Experience leading system enhancement or implementation projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the location
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Lead complex initiatives with broad scope and minimal oversight.
• Gather and document requirements, design aligned to standards, propose improvements.
• Lead project steps across analysis, design, testing, deployment, and issue resolution.
• Conduct end-to-end testing and UAT; contribute to SOPs and post-live stabilization.
• Troubleshoot complex issues; perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Lead change management including SOPs and training materials; deliver end-user training.
• Contribute to roadmap for supported systems and processes.
