Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science, medical technology, or a related field.
• 6+ years of relevant clinical laboratory experience.
• 1+ years with LIS configuration and UAT verification.
• Strong knowledge of clinical lab operations and activities.
• Ability to lead project work and work independently.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in UAT testing and document control.
• Contribute ideas for new technologies, testing methodologies, and procedures.
• Estimate task effort and lead planning activities for complex projects.
• Develop architectures and functional specs from user/workflow requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and manage priorities on projects.
