The Sr. Laboratory Business Systems Analyst serves as a strategic liaison among business stakeholders, IT Application Analysts, and Operations Analytics—translating complex business needs into robust Laboratory Business System solutions that improve operational performance. The senior analyst independently leads medium-sized initiatives (and critical workstreams within larger programs), mentors junior analysts, and ensures systems and processes remain aligned to business goals and the Quality Management System. This role demands strong analytical skills, clear cross-functional communication and a track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to essential duties; or Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience.

The base pay for this position is $78,000.00 – $156,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
