Qualifications

• Associates Degree; 7+ years of experience.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience leading requirements-definition activities for complex software products.
• Experience with cross-functional and distributed teams.
• Experience with Jira, Jama, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery and analysis with stakeholders, product managers, customers, and technical teams.
• Analyze processes, system interactions, workflows, and data to identify gaps and risks.
• Elicit, document, manage, and maintain business, functional, non-functional, and system requirements.
• Develop user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with PM, Architecture, UX, Engineering, Quality, and Regulatory to define scalable software solutions.
• Manage requirements traceability, scope, and change control across the SDLC.
• Assess impact of requirement changes on scope, timelines, risks, quality, and cost.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and data-driven solution recommendations.
• Support Agile planning, backlog refinement, release readiness, and post-release activities.
• Lead UAT planning and execution to validate against requirements.
• Coordinate with QA to ensure test coverage and alignment with requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and compliance considerations.
• Independently manage requirements across multiple initiatives and releases.
• Build partnerships across teams and share best practices for BA and product delivery.
