Responsibilities

• Independently lead complex initiatives with broad scope and minimal oversight.
• Independently gather and document requirements, translate them into designs aligned to standards.
• Lead project steps and contribute to analysis, design, testing, deployment, and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT cycles; contribute to SOP user documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues; perform root cause analysis and recommend durable actions.
• Share triage guidance with peers and communicate with stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead change management initiatives including SOP development and advanced training.
• Deliver targeted end-user training and help develop roadmaps for supported systems.
• Continuously learn and apply new related skills; maintain reliable attendance.
