Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business or related degree.
• At least five (5) years of HR and Labor Relations experience; knowledge of federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to employees and leaders on labor relations and workforce compliance.
• Collect, analyze, and report data related to grievances, disputes, and information requests (NLRB, etc.).
• Develop and execute proactive labor relations and compliance strategies aligned with People Operations initiatives.
• Consult with leaders to design programs on employee engagement, talent management, and total rewards.
• Support workplace investigations and ensure actions align with business objectives.
