Job summary

Neighborcare Health in Seattle is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to administer human resources policies and programs, balance employee advocacy with business needs, and guide management on employment law. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent combination of education and highly relevant experience.
• Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources.
• Ability to utilize HRIS technology platforms, reporting tools, and data analytics to identify trends and support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee advanced employee and labor relations, counseling management on performance issues and conflicts.
• Ensure company policies are administered fairly and consistently.
• Coordinate Leave of Absence programs and accommodations while complying with laws.
• Support annual salary compensation administration, market reviews and pay equity initiatives.
• Conduct training on benefits, policies, and harassment/discrimination prevention.
