Stanford Medicine Children's Health seeks a Labor Relations Consultant to provide guidance to management on labor relations policies, administer collective bargaining agreements, and investigate complex grievances. The role supports legal counsel and ensures compliance with state and federal employment laws, NLRA, and EEO regulations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive labor relations experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner with HR leaders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Law with a Juris Doctorate (JD) degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides guidance to management and staff on labor relations policies and complex matters.
• Investigates grievances and ensures compliance with collective bargaining agreements and employment laws.
• Interprets and administers labor agreements and supports arbitration and disciplinary processes.
• Represents hospital in labor management meetings, arbitrations, and related proceedings.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and stays abreast of changes in NLRA, EEO, and other laws.
