Qualifications

• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes in California.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of litigation focusing on labor and employment disputes and related matters.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery; draft pleadings; direct litigation strategy; negotiate settlements.
• Identify legal risks and design controls to mitigate them.
