Qualifications

• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of litigation with a focus on labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery; draft pleadings, briefs, and discovery requests/responses.
• Identify legal risks and design controls to mitigate them.
