SpaceX is seeking a Litigation Counsel to represent the SpaceX business in labor and employment litigation in the United States and internationally. The role involves managing all facets of litigation, conducting internal investigations, supporting discovery, drafting pleadings, and directing strategy.

The candidate will identify legal risks and implement controls while collaborating across business groups. Onsite availability in Starbase, TX, and ability to travel roughly 10% are expected.

Competenze

• JD from ABA accredited law school.
• 5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes in California.

• Manage all facets of litigation, with a focus on labor and employment disputes and opportunities in other disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery efforts; draft and review pleadings and briefs; direct litigation strategy; negotiate settlements.
