• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of litigation, with a focus on labor and employment disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery; draft and review pleadings and briefs; direct litigation strategy.
