Qualifications

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney.
• Experience litigating labor and employment disputes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all facets of litigation, focusing on labor and employment disputes; opportunities to handle other disputes.
• Conduct internal investigations; support discovery; draft/ review pleadings, briefs; direct litigation strategy; negotiate settlements.
• Identify legal risks and design controls to mitigate them.
