Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Labor Operations to develop and enable store labor strategies that align staffing with business demand, priorities, and customer experience.

You will analyze staffing and productivity trends, translate analysis into business requirements, and partner across teams to support accurate labor allocation and planning. This role leads annual labor-planning activities including core revenue bands and hours-of-operation strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide workforce and labor modeling insights to align labor with company targets.
• Assess and optimize labor models across core and services to meet financial goals.
• Identify staffing trends to support cross-functional labor performance.
• Offer staffing guidance to field leaders for alignment with business needs.
• Recommend labor models for all businesses to optimize workforce performance.
• Maintain and update store-facing labor management resources (staffing tools).
• Develop store labor hour capacity thresholds based on headcounts and status changes.
• Oversee annual updates to core revenue bands and service tiers.
• Own total store hours of operation planning and implementations.
