Responsibilities

Visit stores and markets to observe labor practices and identify gaps.
Translate field insights into training and resources for leaders.
Collaborate with Store, District, and Regional Leaders to standardize labor practices.
Design and deliver labor-system training and online modules.
Evaluate training effectiveness and adoption using performance trends.
Support UKG and Labor Systems teams with system enhancement input.
