Job summary

PetSmart is seeking a Workforce Management Field Enablement Manager based at the Phoenix Home Office with a hybrid work model. You will travel 15-30% to stores and markets to observe labor-management practices, translate insights into training, and partner with the Labor Systems team on system enhancements.

Strong communication and UKG expertise are essential. You will design training programs, deliver educational resources, and act as the first contact for field inquiries on productive labor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 to 5 years’ experience working in retail store operations, WFM operations combined with prior training and/or leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Regularly visits and works directly with outlier and high-performing stores to observe labor-management practices and identify performance and training gaps.
• Analyzes store findings to distinguish broad opportunities from store-specific issues and recommends training, process, system, or leadership responses.
• Partners with Store, District, and Regional Leaders to improve labor execution and consistency across Core, Salon, Hotel, and Training.
• Designs and facilitates labor-system training, online learning modules, and job aids translating field insights into guidance for leadership.
• Evaluates the effectiveness and adoption of labor training and resources to continuously improve enablement strategies.
