Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and team growth. You will lead clinical decisions, coordinate regional teams, and uphold PBS Corp. standards across regulatory requirements.

The role emphasizes licensure, supervision of staff development, and adherence to ethical and clinical standards, with flexible scheduling and potential hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 fieldwork hours and 1 year ABA experience
• Graduate from a bachelor’s program per WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure all required documentation—E Sign, post hire documents, compliance forms—completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees’ professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
