Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensure continuity of care, and support team growth. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp. standards.

The position may involve coordination with regional teams, maintaining high performance standards, and managing staffing and documentation in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure required
• Bachelor’s degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year ABA experience
• Graduate from recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics
• Complete supervised experience per WAC 246-805-230

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with company policies and state regulations
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs as required
• Ensure all required documentation (E-Sign, post hire docs, and compliance forms) is completed accurately and on time
• Monitor, mentor, and support the professional development of supervisees
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards consistent with licensure and certification requirements
