Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking a LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery and coordinate care across regional teams. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure in accordance with local regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and one year of ABA experience design/oversight.
• Graduate from a WA-allowed bachelor’s program; 135 classroom hours in behavior-analysis topics.
• Complete supervised experience requirement per WA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure organizational efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation including E Sign and compliance forms is accurate and timely.
• Mentor supervisees and support professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure and certification.
