Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. seeks an experienced LABA/Program Manager to oversee ABA service delivery, ensuring continuity of care and professional growth for teams. The role emphasizes strong clinical judgment, organizational leadership, and adherence to PBS Corp.’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as required by local regulations.
• Bachelor's degree with 1000 field work hours and 1 year of ABA experience.
• Graduate from a recognized bachelor’s program under WAC 246-805-210 with 135 classroom hours in behavior analysis.
• Complete supervised experience requirement under WAC 246-805-230.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program implementation and service delivery for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with regional teams to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Maintain high performance standards and ensure compliance with policies and state regulations.
• Manage scheduling, approve time off, and support staffing needs.
• Ensure documentation (E Sign, post hire docs, compliance forms) is accurate and on time.
• Monitor, mentor, and support supervisees' professional development.
• Uphold ethical and clinical standards per licensure/certification requirements.
