Qualifications

• ASCP certification preferred.
• Minimum two years of hospital laboratory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, physical, biological health science or MLT per CLIA.

Responsibilities

• Perform diverse tests across Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, Urinalysis, Coagulation, Microbiology, Immunology and related disciplines.
• Adhere to procedures, quality control, and document corrective actions for deviations.
• Identify problems affecting test performance and notify supervisor.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments; document maintenance activities.
