Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; 3 years of experience as MT/MLS/MLT/HTL/HT/CT/QCYM.
• Master degree required; 1 year of credentialed MT/MLS/MLT/HT/HT/CT/QCYM experience.
• One of: CT or HTL or MT/MLS or QCYM.
• Desired: 3 years regulatory and compliance in a healthcare setting.
• Master Degree in Medical Lab Science

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinical laboratory and ensure quality control and documentation.
• Maintain inventory levels and streamline processes; work with the Administrative Director to improve satisfaction and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and that lab goals are met or exceeded; provide a safe working environment.
• Standardize operations with other facilities and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
