Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holders need 3 years of MT/MLS/MLT/HTL/HT/CT/QCYM experience.
• Masters degree holders need 1 year of credentialed lab experience.
• Credential types CT/HTL/MT/MLS/QCYM are acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality and compliance.
• Review QC, instrument maintenance, troubleshooting and inventory to budget.
• Develop testing policies; validate studies and analysis; act as technical resource.
• Hire and train staff; manage workload and staff communication.
• Ensure timely, accurate testing and resolve sample issues.
