• Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and federal/state regulations.
• Florida Supervisor license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for daily lab functions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee assigned laboratory lanes to meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
• Monitor data and KPIs to inform staffing, resources, and workflow decisions.
• Standardize processes, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Partner with leadership on long-term planning for service line growth and operational improvements.
