• Certifications: Medical Technologist registry (ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent) required; Florida Supervisor license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee laboratory lanes to meet performance, quality, and financial targets.
• Monitor data and KPIs to inform staffing and workflow decisions.
• Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, federal and state regulations.
• Lead and mentor laboratory supervisors and frontline staff.
• Support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
