Meds Talent LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Laboratory Operations in DeLand, FL to oversee daily lab operations, regulatory compliance, and team development. The role emphasizes high-volume, high-complexity testing environments and leadership of laboratory supervisors and frontline staff.

Ideal candidates bring extensive microbiology expertise, FL supervisor license, and strong knowledge of CAP/CLIA standards, with a focus on improving workflows and driving service-line growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or a related science field.
• Minimum of 5+ years of laboratory leadership experience.
• Experience managing high-volume, high-complexity testing environments.
• Active Florida Supervisor License in Microbiology (Mandatory).
• Medical Technologist registry through ASCP, NCA, AAB, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of CAP, CLIA, and laboratory regulatory standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
