The role offers a hybrid work model across major U.S. offices with 5+ years of L&H underwriting experience and FLMI/FALU progress. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Life & Health underwriting experience on (re)insurance.
• Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled underwriting tools and digital resources.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based risk selection across medical, financial, and product factors.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver underwriting solutions.
• Promote Life Guide and stay current on underwriting guidelines.
• Stay current on industry legislation and core insurance products.
• Travel up to 10% for internal and client meetings.
