Job summary

The Senior Learning & Development Specialist at the State of Minnesota develops, delivers, and evaluates complex training programs to strengthen leadership and workforce skills across the agency. Working with the Employee Experience team, you’ll shape strategy, design major initiatives, and provide advanced facilitation across diverse teams to advance equitable, accessible learning.

Telework options exist within Minnesota or neighboring states, with on-site attendance at St.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional training and development experience with needs assessment and objective setting.
• Two years of supervisor/leadership training experience.
• Experience with leadership and business-partner collaboration.
• Experience conducting organizational learning needs assessments and translating findings.
• Experience creating polished training materials with MS Office and multimedia.
• Fluency with digital learning tools (Articulate Storyline/Rise).
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects.
