Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Five to eight years of HR experience with significant hands‑on experience in learning and development.
• Experience partnering with managers on talent development, performance management and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR learning and development strategies aligned with organizational objectives and priorities.
• Lead leadership development programs and learning pathways for onboarding and career progression.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations to support staffing and engagement.
• Ensure compliance and maintain HR records and LMS content.
