Job summary

Stratacor, a Delta Dental of Minnesota affiliate, seeks a Senior HR Generalist specializing in Learning & Development in Minneapolis. You will design and deliver learning programs, partner with leadership, and support performance management and talent acquisition.

This role focuses on translating business goals into practical training, building leadership capabilities, and driving continuous improvement across HR processes. Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years HR experience with significant hands-on L&D experience.
• Experience partnering with managers on talent development, performance management and organizational effectiveness.
• Knowledge of core HR practices including onboarding and employment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Assess learning needs through leaders, feedback and performance data.
• Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences (ILT, virtual, e-learning).
• Lead leadership development and manager effectiveness programs.
