Job summary

Delta Dental of Minnesota is seeking a Senior HR Generalist, Learning and Development, to provide full HR services with emphasis on creating and evaluating learning programs in a hybrid environment. You will partner with HR leadership to design, implement, and assess initiatives affecting leadership, performance, and organizational capability.

• Deep expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, facilitation, and learning program evaluation.
• Strong consulting skills translating business challenges into talent development solutions.
• Excellent presentation, communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and execution skills.
• Ability to collaborate with executives, hiring managers, and HR team to streamline workflows.
• Experience with talent acquisition systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute learning and development strategies aligned with objectives and priorities.
• Assess learning needs through leaders, feedback, performance data, and skill gaps.
• Design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences (ILT, virtual, e-learning, coaching).
• Lead leadership development programs and manager effectiveness initiatives.
• Establish structured learning pathways for onboarding, proficiency, and career progression.
