Job summary

Southern California Edison (SCE) is seeking an Enterprise Services, Senior Advisor to act as a senior technical leader and trusted business liaison for the Customer Service technology portfolio in a hybrid work setting.

The role focuses on translating business needs into technology solutions, shaping strategic roadmaps, and guiding IT initiatives across cross-functional teams in IT operations, integration, and performance management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or a related field; 10+ years IT experience.
Translate business needs into effective technology solutions and roadmaps.
Lead cross-functional initiatives and drive digital transformation, AI, and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serves as a senior technical leader and trusted business liaison for the Customer Service technology portfolio.
Lead complex, cross-functional IT initiatives spanning integration, architecture, performance management, and software quality assurance.
Translate business requirements into technology solutions and shape strategic roadmaps and initiatives.
Ensure IT services are integrated end-to-end to meet enterprise transformation goals.
Apply data and performance insights to guide decisions and technology investments.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across IT and business departments.
Protect sensitive data and ensure security best practices across the organization.
