DescriptionAs a Safety Learning and Development (SLeD) Program Manager, you will be the single-threaded leader in North America, responsible for driving Learning Management System (LMS) excellence and training compliance across the region. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing LMS processes, maintaining data integrity, and implementing system-wide efficiencies to support regulatory compliance requirements. This role goes beyond day-to-day coordination; you will be trusted to lead special projects and strategic process improvements in SLeD domain that strengthen content uploads, management, and improve stakeholder visibility. You will own end-to-end LMS processes, driving efficiencies and standardization across global operations, while maintaining strict compliance with training requirements and regulatory standards. At the same time, you will gain a profound understanding of the tactical demands of a wide portfolio of training programs, ensuring seamless assignments for thousands of learners.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
