Job summary

Amazon in Nashville seeks a Program Manager for Content Design in the Last Mile Learning & Development team. You will own end-to-end content lifecycle for training across multiple modalities, driving measurable improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

You will design, optimize, and scale instructional content using Articulate 360, Canva, and LMS platforms, coordinating with SMEs, vendors, and cross-functional partners to hit tight SLAs and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience designing and developing training materials across modalities (ILT, e-learning, video).
• Experience with multimedia content creation or LMS.
• 3+ years of using Articulate 360 (Storyline/Rise).
• 1+ years creating visual training assets with Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop instructional content aligned to adult learning principles and CDS.
• Manage content intake, scoping, and delivery through Asana sprint planning.
• Maintain content to reflect network process changes with SOP compliance.
• Identify ways to optimize efficiency in training developed and delivered at scale.
• Manage stakeholder relationships with program teams, SMEs, vendors, and partners.
• Partner with vendors on animation, translation, and complex builds.
• Contribute to 90%+ on-time delivery, 90%+ FPY, and 4.0+ CSAT goals.
• Support localization and AI-assisted content development.
