The Senior Manager, Learning & Development leads the development and continuous improvement of learning programs that support CBRE Direct Line and Data Center Solutions priorities. This role establishes learning strategies and standards that strengthen employee capability, performance, and career growth.
The Senior Manager oversees onboarding, job-skills training, leadership development, and employee learning programs. The role defines training paths for key positions, supports a high-quality onboarding experience, and helps employees develop throughout their careers.
This is a player‑coach position. The Senior Manager leads a geographically dispersed L&D team while contributing directly to the design, launch, facilitation, and evaluation of learning solutions. The role also represents Direct Line L&D with business leaders, clients, educational institutions, and workforce‑development partners.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The maximum salary for the Senior L&D position is $175,000. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
