Job summary

CBRE Development Trainer position aims to partner with business units to identify learning needs and design, develop, and rollout high-level programs and training content. It sits within the Talent, Learning & Development function to support organizational needs through employee development plans and governance.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, manage communications for new courses, audit programs for governance, and measure learning effectiveness to drive department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate complex content concisely.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions, etc.
• Experience with CSOD, LMS, and ADDIE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend solutions for CBRE learning demands and implement updates.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Ensure content and learning programs comply with governance guidelines through audits and reports.
• Review training metrics to evaluate learning effectiveness and support department goals.
• Stay up-to-date with learning industry trends and best practices.
• Gather and analyze data to solve complex problems; propose new techniques.
