Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Development Trainer to partner with business units to identify learning needs and deliver high‑level training content across resources, curricula, and platform operations.

You will develop evaluation tools, collaborate with subject matter experts, and drive updates to courses while ensuring governance and compliance. A strong focus on data‑driven improvement and Industry best practices guides the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function.
• Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content concisely.
• Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Technical career and pathway development experience; preferred.
• Advanced math skills for complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Create and administer training programs in Learning Resources, Content & Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations.
• Create evaluation and measurement tools for platform offerings.
• Identify needs and recommend smart solutions; facilitate updates as needed.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop content and update training materials, programs, and curriculums.
• Approve and manage communication and marketing plans for new courses and training updates.
• Audit, evaluate, and report to ensure content aligns with governance guidelines.
