Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Manager- Health. This role can be virtual or hybrid to any Aon office in the U.S., partnering with Health leadership to drive learning and capability-building aligned with business priorities.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, design integrated learning solutions, and leverage data and AI-driven tools to personalize development and improve outcomes across Health. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of HR or related experience.
• Proven ability to develop talent and drive engagement within organizational strategy.
• Proven ability to consult with and influence senior leaders.
• Experience implementing learning solutions and talent development practices.
• Strong L&D background, ideally in financial or professional services.
• Able to deliver soft skills content to mixed audiences including senior leadership.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, professional, flexible and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Health leadership to develop and execute learning strategies; serve as key contact for Health learning in the U.S.
• Advise business leaders and people partners to identify capability gaps affecting performance.
• Collaborate to design and deliver integrated learning solutions with regional and national offerings.
• Leverage data to influence stakeholders, demonstrate value, and drive adoption of initiatives.
• Work with L&D peers to develop programs using AI and emerging technologies for personalization.
• Establish governance and continuous improvement for curricula relevance and accessibility.
• Oversee training content management, ensuring materials are maintained and deployed.
• Measure program effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction with feedback tools.
• Monitor market trends and propose innovative learning practices.
