Aon is seeking a Learning and Development Senior Manager- Health to lead Health learning strategies across the U.S. The role can be virtual or hybrid to any Aon office, working with Health leadership to align development with business goals.

The role requires building capabilities, consulting with senior leaders, and leveraging data and emerging technologies to personalize learning while ensuring governance and program impact.

Qualifications

• 7+ years HR or related experience.
• Ability to develop talent and drive engagement.
• Consult with and influence senior leaders.
• Experience implementing learning solutions.
• Strong L&D background in financial or professional services.
• Deliver soft-skill content and present to senior leaders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent project management with multiple simultaneous projects.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Health leadership to develop learning strategies.
• Serve as advisor to business leaders and HR partners.
• Design and deliver integrated learning solutions.
• Leverage data to demonstrate program value and adoption.
• Develop learning programs with AI and emerging tech.
• Establish governance for curricula relevance and accessibility.
• Oversee training content management and deployment.
• Measure program effectiveness and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Monitor external trends and propose innovative solutions.
