Job summary

Aon plc seeks an Integrated & Specialty Solutions Leader for US Health. This hybrid role blends virtual work with offices nationwide. The leader will drive advisory expertise, connect Health capabilities, and scale solutions with analytics to deliver coordinated client offerings.

With 15+ years in Health & Benefits and a strong commercial focus, you will advance client growth, partner with third parties, and guide a dispersed multi-market team while traveling up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

Fifteen plus years of dynamic experience with Health and Benefits products, services and solutions.
Ability to lead critical thinking around ideation with a strong commercial lens.
Exceptional communication skills to convey compelling messages across all levels and geographies.
Experience creating scalable solutions and forging partnerships with third parties to deliver new solutions and sources of revenue
Ability to work in a matrixed environment, lead through influence, and drive integration across teams, specialties and geographies within the Health practice.
Proven track record in developing and carrying out client and sales growth
Experience leading a multi-market, dispersed workforce
Ability to travel (from 50%)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Integrated & Specialty Solutions team to deliver advisory expertise and solutions.
Build connectivity strategy and framework across Health teams and capabilities.
Scale specialty advisory capabilities using analytics to coordinate client offerings.
Drive external market visibility through client engagements and marketing partnerships.
