Job summary

PNC is seeking a senior Learning & Talent Development Specialist to design and deliver learning programs across the enterprise. Based in multiple locations including Birmingham, AL, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and vendors, manage projects, and apply instructional design and development skills to drive outcomes.

The role emphasizes innovation, live instruction, and measurement of impact while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs across enterprise.
• Ability to collaborate with internal/external partners.

Responsibilities

• Partners and supports key initiatives through tasks and assignments for learning and talent development programs.
• Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies and in support of achieving business outcomes.
• Designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually. May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees, managers and senior leaders across the enterprise.
• Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness.
• Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners, collaborating effectively.
• Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.
