Job summary

SC Johnson is seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Development (Finance) to design and develop high-quality learning experiences that build critical capabilities across the organization. You will work with Learning Managers, subject matter experts and the Learning Operations team from need through design, development, launch and continuous improvement.

The role blends instructional design with digital learning development, using tools like Articulate Rise and video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in L&D, instructional design, training or curriculum development.
• Experience designing or developing learning programs and materials.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning programs aligned with business needs.
• Gather information from SMEs to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Translate objectives into program architectures and resources.
• Own defined components of larger learning initiatives and manage timelines.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials and assessments.
• Review and improve existing learning content for scalability and effectiveness.
• Manage deliverables, timelines and risks with stakeholders.
• Incorporate feedback for continuous improvement and learner experience.
• Support implementation of virtual and in-person learning.
